TC TECH · Operations platform
Seven systems.
One purpose
— success.
Most businesses run their digital operation across seven vendors that don't talk to each other — a web guy, a designer, a host, an analytics tool, a mailer, a chat widget, a help desk. Seven invoices, seven logins, and no single place where the numbers add up. TC TECH runs all seven as one system.
WEB
Websites
The storefront, and everything on it that turns a visitor into a customer.
7 modules
Open a module to see it appear in the page
Exit intent, scroll depth, or time on the page decides when a popup shows — and it stops showing once someone acts on it. Set a frequency cap per visitor so a returning customer isn't asked twice.
Every popup is a form that writes straight into the contact list the marketing system sends from. No export, no copy-paste.
Inline forms, footer forms, and popup forms all feed one list. Double opt-in confirms the address is real, and one-click unsubscribe keeps you on the right side of the spam filters.
The list is yours. Export the whole thing to CSV whenever you want, including the date and page each person signed up from.
It reads your own pages, prices, and policies, so it answers from your content instead of inventing something. When it isn't confident, it says so and hands the conversation to a person rather than guessing.
Every conversation is saved and searchable. The questions people ask most become the next thing you put on the website — or the next support script.
Write, schedule, publish. Each post is its own page with its own title, description, and share image, so search engines and social platforms treat it as a real destination.
Drafts stay private until the date you set. Nothing goes out because a button was clicked by accident.
Pull reviews in from Google and Facebook, or collect them yourself with a request sent a few days after purchase. They appear on the page with the star rating search engines can read.
You choose which ones show. Nothing is published to your site without you approving it first.
Connect your accounts once. Write in one box and publish to all of them, with per-platform previews so a caption that fits Instagram doesn't get truncated on LinkedIn.
Your latest posts pull back onto the site, so the page never looks abandoned between updates.

One image, one sentence, one thing to do next. We cut it at the sizes a phone, a laptop, and a wide monitor each need, so the subject never ends up cropped out of frame.
Seasonal versions are scheduled ahead, which means the top of your site can change without anyone editing the site.
Shot, cut, captioned, and encoded at several sizes so it starts fast on a phone signal. Captions are burned in as a separate track — most people watch with the sound off.
Delivered in a vertical cut for social and a wide cut for the site, from the same shoot.
Every photo is converted to modern formats, resized into a set of widths, and given a focal point so automatic crops keep the subject centred instead of guessing.
Alt text is written for each one — it's read aloud by screen readers and shown when an image fails to load.
A short prompt list, a link your customer can record into from their phone, and a cut that keeps the one sentence worth keeping. Thirty seconds beats three minutes.
Consent is captured with the recording, so you can use the clip in ads without going back to ask.

Sample readout — illustrative figures, not a live measurement
Your pages and images are copied to servers around the world, and each visitor is answered by the closest one. Someone loading your site three time zones away stops waiting for the round trip.
It also absorbs a sudden rush — a post that does well doesn't take the site down with it.
Pages that haven't changed are served from memory instead of being rebuilt for every visitor. Images are cached hard; anything you edit by hand revalidates, so a change reaches people immediately.
Publishing a post clears only the pages that post appears on, not the whole site.
Updates are applied to a copy of your site first. If anything breaks, it breaks there. Once the checks pass, the same update goes to the live site during your quietest hour.
You get a note saying what changed. If a release causes trouble, it rolls back to the previous version.
The site and its database are copied every night and kept off-site: every day for a month, every month for a year. Restoring is picking a date, not filing a ticket.
Restores are tested on a schedule. A backup nobody has ever restored is a guess, not a backup.
A filter in front of the site drops the common attacks before they reach it, rate-limits login attempts, and forces HTTPS everywhere. Certificates renew on their own.
Logins for your team use separate accounts with their own permissions, so nobody has to share a password to get their job done.
Contacts, orders, posts, and statistics are all reachable over a documented interface with keys you issue and revoke yourself. Your accountant's software, your point of sale, or a spreadsheet can all read from it.
Events can be pushed to you instead — when a form is submitted or an order lands, your system hears about it straight away.

Statistics
What actually happened, in the smallest number of figures that still tells you what to do.

Sample data — for illustration only
Your dashboard shows your numbers — these are placeholders
Where people came from, which pages they read, what they clicked, and where they gave up. Counted without third-party cookies, so the figures hold up when someone declines tracking.
Bots and your own team are filtered out. Ten visits from your office isn't traffic.
The site is checked from several places every minute — not just whether it answers, but whether the page is right and the forms still submit. A silent failure is the expensive kind.
When something breaks you get a message with what failed and when it started, and the incident is written down afterwards.
One page in your inbox: what moved, what didn't, and the one thing worth doing about it. Written in sentences, not a wall of charts you have to interpret.
Add the people who should see it. They don't need an account to read it.
Define what counts as a result for your business — a booking, a call, a form, a sale over a certain size — and every channel gets measured against the same definition.
Set a target and the dashboard shows distance to it, instead of a number with no opinion attached.
Everything is exportable — CSV for a spreadsheet, or a live connection over the API for whatever you already use. Raw rows, not just the summary.
Retention is yours to set, and deleting a contact deletes their history with it.

Sample data — illustrative figures
Every step from arrival to purchase is counted, so the drop-off has a location instead of a theory. Fix the widest leak first.
Landing pages, forms, and checkout steps are built and measured in the same place, which is why the numbers reconcile.
A trigger, a wait, a branch, a message. Someone joins the list, abandons a cart, or hasn't been back in ninety days, and the right sequence runs without you remembering to send it.
Every sequence has an exit condition. When someone buys, they stop being chased about buying.
For the messages that are genuinely time-critical — a delivery window, an appointment tomorrow, a table held for twenty minutes. Consent is recorded and STOP is honoured immediately.
Quiet hours are enforced per time zone, so nobody's phone goes off at 3am.
A campaign is a set of messages, a landing page, and a budget with one result attached. Two versions can run side by side and the platform tells you which earned more, not which got more clicks.
Results roll up against the same metric definitions the rest of the dashboard uses.
Templates that carry your brand, sending set up properly so mail lands in the inbox rather than the spam folder, and segments so a message goes to the people it's for.
Bounces and complaints are cleaned automatically. A list that's never pruned gets you blocked.
Plan a month on one calendar, queue the posts, and let them go out on time. Comments and messages from every account arrive in one place so nothing sits unanswered for a week.
The posts that performed are flagged, so you make more of what worked.
Paid search, paid social, and local listings managed against one budget, with the cost of a result shown next to the result. When a channel stops paying back, you'll see it that week.
Spend is capped per channel. Nothing quietly runs away with the month.

Sample plan — illustrative
One calendar holding every planned touch — posts, emails, offers, and seasonal changes to the site — so you can see the month before you're in it, and spot the week where you've said nothing.
Plan it in an hour, and the automation sends it on the day. Anything you haven't approved stays a draft.
The offer that runs on the site is the same record scheduled here, so the dates, the code, and the wording can't drift apart across channels.
Set it up in February, let it open in April, and it closes itself on the date you chose.
Pages, emails, and messages carry a version per language, with a first pass done for you and a place for a human to correct it. Each language gets its own address so search engines index it properly.
Prices, dates, and phone numbers are formatted the way each region writes them — the details that give away a machine translation.
A first draft of a post, a reply, or a product description, written against your own brand notes and previous copy so it starts closer to your voice than a blank page does.
Nothing sends itself. Every draft waits for someone to read it, and you can see what was changed.
Hours, holidays, and how fast you usually reply, kept in one record and shown on the site, on Google, and in the chat window. Change it once and it changes everywhere.
When you're closed the page says so and offers the next opening, instead of a chat box nobody is watching.

Script, and the patter that carries it
“It arrived damaged.”
ScriptReplacement shipped today, no return needed.
PatterThat's on us — I've got a new one going out today, and don't worry about sending the other one back.
Sample programme shape — yours is configured to your margins
The twenty questions you get every week, with the answer your business has actually decided on — refunds, delivery, sizing, what happens when it breaks. One place, so two people don't promise two different things.
The same answers feed the chatbot, so it's never further out of date than your team is.
A script says what the policy is. Patter is how it sounds out loud — the opening line, how to say no without losing the customer, what to say while you're looking something up. It's the part that takes a new hire six months to pick up.
Written down as phrases people can actually use, with the ones to avoid noted next to them.
Email, chat, SMS, and social messages land in the same queue, each one showing who the person is and what they've bought before. No asking a returning customer to explain themselves again.
Anything unanswered past your target time is escalated, so nothing goes quiet for three days.
Each customer gets a link. When someone buys through it, both sides get the reward you set, credited automatically. Cheaper than advertising and it arrives pre-trusted.
Self-referrals and duplicates are caught before anything is paid out.
Points, credit, or a free item, earned on the actions you choose — a visit, a spend threshold, a review. Balances show on the site and in the shop from the same record.
You set the cost per point and the expiry, so the programme stays inside its budget.
Tiers people move up by spending or returning, with the benefit at each level written plainly. Progress is visible — someone two visits from a tier tends to make the next two visits.
Movement between tiers triggers a message, so reaching one feels like something happened.
A small group who get a direct line, early access, and a real person's name to ask for. Membership is calculated from what they actually spend, and reviewed on a schedule.
Their questions skip the queue, and the dashboard shows what that group is worth so the treatment stays justified.
